Terms of Service

These Terms explain how PowerDispatcher may be used, what customers are responsible for, and how subscriptions, cancellations, and service access work.

Last updated: June 29, 2026Governing law: Georgia, United States

1. Overview

These Terms of Service are an agreement between you and North Star Logic Group LLC, the company that operates PowerDispatcher. By creating an account, requesting access, subscribing, or using PowerDispatcher, you agree to these Terms.

PowerDispatcher is built to help independent dispatchers manage dispatch operations in a more organized way. It supports your workflow, but it does not replace your own review, judgment, or legal and regulatory responsibilities.

2. Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to use PowerDispatcher. By using the service, you confirm that you meet this requirement and have authority to accept these Terms for yourself or the business you represent.

3. Access, Subscriptions, and Cancellation

PowerDispatcher may offer access by request, invitation, subscription, or another written arrangement. Continued access requires an active paid subscription unless otherwise stated in writing by North Star Logic Group LLC.

  • PowerDispatcher may offer monthly and annual subscriptions.
  • Subscriptions automatically renew until canceled.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time.
  • After cancellation, access continues until the end of the current billing period.

You are responsible for keeping your billing information accurate and current. Failure to pay may result in suspension or loss of access.

4. Refunds

Refunds are not guaranteed. Refund requests are reviewed individually and are granted or denied at the sole discretion of North Star Logic Group LLC.

Canceling a subscription stops future renewal charges, but it does not automatically create a refund for the current billing period.

5. Customer Responsibilities

You remain responsible for the dispatch decisions and business actions you take while using PowerDispatcher. You agree to review and confirm the accuracy of information before relying on it in your operations.

  • Verify imported load information before using it.
  • Review uploaded documents before dispatching.
  • Confirm invoices before sending them.
  • Comply with FMCSA regulations and all other applicable laws.
  • Make your own dispatch decisions.

PowerDispatcher assists dispatch operations. It does not replace professional judgment.

6. What PowerDispatcher Is and Is Not

PowerDispatcher is software. It provides tools for organizing dispatch work, documents, invoices, and related operational information.

PowerDispatcher is not:

  • A freight broker
  • A motor carrier
  • A factoring company
  • A legal service
  • An accounting service

You are responsible for obtaining professional advice when your business requires legal, accounting, tax, compliance, or other professional guidance.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree to use PowerDispatcher responsibly and only for lawful business purposes. You may not use the service in a way that harms the platform, other users, or North Star Logic Group LLC.

  • Do not use PowerDispatcher for illegal activity.
  • Do not abuse, disrupt, or overload the platform.
  • Do not attempt to bypass security controls.
  • Do not reverse engineer the service.
  • Do not share accounts or login credentials.
  • Do not engage in excessive automated abuse.

8. Service Availability and Changes

North Star Logic Group LLC works to keep PowerDispatcher reliable, but no software service can be guaranteed to be available at all times. Maintenance may occur, temporary outages may happen, and features may change over time.

We may add, modify, limit, or remove features as the product evolves. We will try to make changes thoughtfully, but we do not guarantee that any specific feature will remain available forever.

9. Account Suspension or Termination

North Star Logic Group LLC may suspend or terminate access to PowerDispatcher if we believe an account is connected to fraud, abuse, non-payment, security risk, or a violation of these Terms.

Termination may result in loss of access to the service. You are responsible for keeping your own records and exports needed for your business.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, North Star Logic Group LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from your use of PowerDispatcher.

This includes, without limitation, lost revenue, lost freight opportunities, missed loads, broker disputes, carrier disputes, regulatory fines, business interruption, lost profits, and other indirect or consequential damages.

PowerDispatcher is provided to support your workflow, but you remain responsible for reviewing your information, meeting deadlines, complying with laws, and making business decisions.

11. Changes to These Terms

North Star Logic Group LLC may update these Terms from time to time. When updates are made, the updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.

Your continued use of PowerDispatcher after updated Terms are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
